Another Milestone ! Conrad @ SFX

Today is an important day cos it's Conrad's orientation day at SFX. 

Glad to see him all natural and comfy there. I sure pray and home all will be as good and better in Jan!

It melts my heart to see how much love an 18 month have for his lil brother. Kor kor decided in the early morning tt he wanted to sleep beside didi. And you can see him displaying his brotherly ways by fussing over didi's blanket to ensure he is well covered and signaling to me as I pump away tt didi could possibly be awake cos he was making some noises in his sleep. Then you see kor kor waking up every 5 mins jus to check tt didi is sleeping well. 

Conrad... you are such a sweetheart and I pray the two of you will grow up continuing to love one another. 

Feeling really heavy

Just when my colleague commented that I'm full of energy when I preg I suddenly feel heavy weighted today. As I approach my third trimester, I feel an extreme backache and fatigue. I hope after a good night rest I will feel better  

Day 3 sleeping training log

Bbc slept early today... In fact he doze off while having his dinner in the high chair and thus it was an early night. At 5am, dear husband notice someone tapping his feet. It was the lil one awake and asking for some attn. the hubby conveniently carried him up on our bed and I was thinking to myself tt we are back to Sq 1 again but hey....

- he tossed a lot more on our bed as if he needed more space

- so it seems tt he is more comfy in his own area :) 

- as parents we need to be determined 

- sometimes to put him back on our bed is convenience to us and not necessarily what the children was asking for.

Solution

- I woke up and accompanied him on his bed. And he gave the sweetest smile and doze off right after :) 

I think we are getting there ....

This is the current set up for BBC.... Day two nap time and he is fast asleep. Coax him and told him repeatedly that this is his new bed with a new blankie.... So far so good. Lets keep our fingers crossed for day2 night sleep :)

and responsibility on the ranging hormones a ballooned woman have....

I have once again snapped! But this time ,I also tried to express myself and all my concerns to my dear hubby. Sure it was awful in the beginning but eventually everything turned out better. Since BbC started to flip, we have resisted having him in the cot where he did exceptionally well and had him super co sleeping in between us. While we were victims to the convenience and peace of mind when it comes to our dear son... My small part of me miss being next to my hubby during sleep time. We spoke abt this a few times and was nv determined enough to action on anything.... We jus let the issue slip by us.  Today this topic resurfaced because the hubby was not feeling well and could not take the "di lams of the world "

Quite well... I decided to put Conrad on the dilam as a starting point .... Cheers to many more successful nights!

Kor kor is not feeling well

I call my hub kor kor.... Strange as it seems but I feel most comfortable addressing him this way. He is like my all in one.i always wanted a brother when I was young and I guess that's one of the reason why I was so thrilled to know my no 1 was a boy!

Back to him... He is a lil under the weather and so poor thing. He could not share the same bed as us yesterday :( and was really unwell. Get well soon.

I had a team dinner at vis a vis yesterday along jln kembangan and the food was delightful. It's a small set up with friendly owners and chef.  

Maiden post

Inspired by Mummy June... I've decided to relaunch schizoseries of blogging! I think the last was in 2009 when me and the husband... Then bf  got back together as a couple aft a 12 yrs break and then the rest were history. He was the last I kissed -turned Prince :)

I hope I will keep up with this lifestyle to capture all about Conrad who is 13 months old now and baby junior who is currently 26 weeks with an edd sometime end May and also to share our parenthood journey !
